About The Role

Here's your opportunity to be the driving force behind audit excellence within Cabin Operations, by providing strategic leadership and optimising audit programs to meet regulatory standards, whilst continuously improving internal processes.
Serving as the focal point, you will bring together stakeholders, plan and manage audits, and ensure findings are clearly tracked and addressed. Beyond oversight, you will actively contribute to enhancing systems, policies, and overall operational efficiency.
Central to this dynamic role is fostering a culture of continuous improvement, whilst contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of flight operations and excellency of in-flight customer experience.
Importantly, you will be responsible for the maintenance of a consolidated list of the audit findings and recommendations.
With a strong focus on integrity and objectivity, this role conducts audits, inspections, and investigations, ensuring compliance, identifying gaps, and reporting them promptly while staying aligned with evolving procedures and standards.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of aviation industry experience, with at least 1 year of experience working with a quality assurance department with audit functions.
You are expected to have demonstrated knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
