Essential Responsibilities
- Manage people such as manpower deployment, efficiency, productivity, absenteeism, turnover, recruitment, disciplinary investigation & execution etc.
- Leading the team to meet defined targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery.
- Work closely with relevant functions to meet/exceed customer expectation.
- Address employee concerns, resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Maximize labor utilization and flexibility through cross training for supporting business needs.
- Implement LEAN to the applicable processes within the cells.
- Disseminate company directions to the subordinates.
- Establish a collaborative working relationship with other departments.
- Deploy manpower for yearly PI Count.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in first line management or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years or related working experience
- Familiarity with company policies/processes and legal guidelines of the aviation field
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in LEAN concepts
- Independent with initiative
