As our new
Digital Insight Analyst, you’ll deliver data and insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions across both the
Jet2.com and
Jet2holidays brands. You’ll develop a strong understanding of ‘All things Web’, from the technical elements of tracking site activity to understanding customer behaviour, interpreting the results and communicating the insights.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and support on answering ad-hoc queries.
- You’ll take full ownership of setting up, reporting and evaluation of marketing performance, traffic analysis, conversion analysis, customer behaviour analysis and competitor analysis.
- You’ll be supporting key pro-active initiatives such as forecasting customer demand and intent modelling to name a few.
- You’ll support the wider Marketing team in developing and delivering marketing plans through insights across all digital channels.
- You’ll be working with the relevant teams (CRO and UX amongst others) to improve the customer experience with the intention of improving goal conversion.
What You’ll Have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to spot trends and attention to detail.
- Technical understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL.
- Experience using Google Tag Manager (desirable).
- Microsoft Excel skills (essential).
- Strong Maths skills.
