Synopsis
The Work pack officer reports to the Lead Production Planning Engineer for the daily operational/cabin defect responsibilities, ensuring that all functions and requirements are fulfilled and coordinated in accordance with Etihad Airways and Aviation Authorities requirements.
Accountabilities
- Maintains oversight and proactively assists departmental functions to ensure a smooth workflow
- Monitors and assesses Etihad's aircraft maintenance operation to ensure levels of serviceability and TDR are maximized.
- EY and Third Party work-package / paperwork issuance and management via approved MIS or cloud storage.
- Implements policies and procedures that relate to the control of the Planning Organisation, particularly workpack compilation, Data Entry and Record Storage / archive.
- Arrange all necessary resources such as Hangar/ Bay parking spaces, Towing arrangements, GSE, other Special skills, etc.
- Raise Customer Work Requests to other 145 organisations
- Support all audit requirements for internal and external audits.
- Upload accomplished workpackages and debriefs for all Third Party airlines
- Prepare all necessary reports to facilitate efficient Production Planning.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to meet with all Production demands.
Education & Experience
- Education: Degree diploma or high school is preferred with background related in aircraft engineering studies.
- Experience: Strong AMOS background preferred with strong communication skills, minimum 2 years of airline/ 3 years of MRO experience preferred.
- Intermediate expertise in Office 365 tools
