Synopsis
The Quality Assurance Officer (QO) is responsible to support the respective Quality Management, and he/she supports the Quality Assurance Program with the overall administration, control and logistics of the audit/inspections, as well as the administration of the electronic audit information management system.
Accountabilities
- Prepare and ensure the readiness of the audit pack; Audit Briefing, corrective action plans, audit closure and records keeping related to his scopes.
- Act as the focal point of contact between the auditors and auditees during the preparation, follow up and closure of all audits. The planning and management of the audits to include logistics, follow up and closure.
- Support in delivering business excellence initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and according to financial targets and monitor timely execution of improvement programs to support achievement of financial optimization and productivity maximization objectives
- Receiving the audit report from audit team, conducting a quality control review to ensure content and layout are accurate and in line with Quality Assurance standards liaising closely with respective Quality manager(s). Ensuring that audit findings are raised against objective evidence (observation of operational activities and/or reviewing documents records) and standards defined in the audit checklist.
- Monitoring the corrective / preventive actions to rectify deficiencies identified and the internal and external communication in relation to audits, compiling and issuing reports, monthly audit / findings status and publications to all business partners.
- Administering and reviewing the Audit Information Management System and ensure it’s updated, accurate, actions are taken as per the KPI’s and monitoring the QAAudit inbox.
- Analyse all available information within the Audit Information Management System to identify risks, trends and potential issues related to Audits; manages audit performance and periodically provides QM with audit reviews and updated information on audit results and compliance.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of aviation industry experience.
- Excellent Knowledge in using Microsoft Tool and data analysis applications
- University Degree (Desirable)
