Job Summary:
The Avionics Instructor is responsible for teaching students about aircraft electronic systems (avionics). The role involves delivering quality training, managing classroom and lab sessions, and ensuring students understand both theory and practical concepts. The instructor also helps improve course content and keeps it updated as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach avionics subjects and conduct practical lab sessions
- Explain concepts clearly to students from different backgrounds
- Maintain lesson plans, student records, and assessment reports
- Set and communicate course guidelines and expectations
- Develop and update study materials, syllabus, and training methods
- Stay updated with the latest aviation technologies and industry trends
- Support curriculum development and course improvements
- Participate in meetings, scheduling, and academic activities
- Ensure quality standards in training and teaching processes
Required Qualifications:
- BAMEL (DGCA License Holder) in ES, IS, and RN
- Strong knowledge of avionics systems and aircraft maintenance
- Good understanding of latest industry developments
Experience Required:
- 5–8 years of teaching experience in a DGCA-approved AME institute
