Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer / Sr. AME
Location: Pan India
Experience: 5–15 Years
What You’ll Do
- Perform aircraft line maintenance activities in compliance with airworthiness regulations and approved manuals (AMM/IPC/CAME).
- Carry out routine inspections, defect rectification, and servicing tasks as per maintenance schedules.
- Certify maintenance tasks within authorization privileges and ensure aircraft serviceability.
- Ensure proper documentation, work records, and maintenance data entries in the system.
- Issue Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) after completion of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor tool control, calibration status, and component traceability.
- Analyze technical manuals, engineering instructions, and schematic diagrams for maintenance execution.
- Supervise technicians and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA CAR145 and company quality procedures.
- Report incidents, defects, or un-airworthy conditions to maintenance control.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth maintenance operations.
- Implement safety practices and human factors in maintenance activities.
What You Need
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in inspection, servicing, defect troubleshooting, and certification activities.
Licensing / Qualification
- AME Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- B1 Category authorization preferred (Boeing 737-8/8200 experience preferred).
Skills
- Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations and CAR145 requirements.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems and CAME.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Leadership capability to supervise technicians.
