Position Summary
The role is responsible to drive the development and execution of data-led search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, spanning keyword intelligence, on-page and technical optimization, and content alignment to improve search performance across priority markets. Working closely with content, web development and digital marketing teams, the position ensures that SEO principles are embedded across the airline’s digital ecosystem to maximize long-term organic traffic and customer acquisition.
Key Accountability
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion performance.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement on-page optimization best practices (meta tags, internal linking, content structure, schema markup).
- Collaborate with developers to address technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
- Support day-to-day website operations, including content updates, landing page creation for marketing campaigns in line with SEO best practices (metadata, URL structure, internal linking and page indexing).
- Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Support link-building and authority-building initiatives in line with brand and compliance guidelines.
- Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and conversion-focused SEO initiatives.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor of Marketing, Mass Communications, Business & Management or a related discipline.
- At least 4-6 years of working experience in digital marketing or a relevant field
Area of Experience
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing, having analytical mindset and critical thinking and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience utilizing SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, BrightEdge) is an added advantage.
