Job Description of Senior Executive – Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP)
- Airbus Fleet- Conduct Training for Cabin and Cockpit Crew:
- Initial and Type Training
- Recurrent Training
- Refresher/Extended Recurrent Training
- Senior Cabin Crew (SCC) Training
- Provide Situational Management Training:
- Deliver effective situational management training for better understanding and preparedness.
- Feedback and Enhancement:
- Provide feedback for training and service enhancements.
- Training Records and Trainee Welfare:
- Maintain and update training records.
- Ensure the welfare of trainees.
- Uphold Company Standards:
- Ensure adherence to company image, quality policy, and value systems.
- Maintain strict adherence to company grooming and defined service/safety standards in training.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated with developments in safety standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for aircraft operations, ensuring conformity to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain Training Center Discipline:
- Ensure good discipline in the training center.
- Promote a healthy work environment aligned with IndiGo culture.
- Continuously communicate key concerns to the crew in training and enhance safety standards.
- Safeguarding Company Property:
- Accountable for the safeguarding, proper handling, and stowage of all company equipment and property in the training center.
Qualifications
Experience
- SEP Instructor position for a minimum of 2 years on the relevant aircraft type
- Demonstrated experience in instructional and training skills, with a good track record
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Aviation, Education, Management, etc.) is mandatory
