What You Will Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing all customer-related matters
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including leading business reviews and engagement touchpoints
- Oversee customer contract management and ensure timely, accurate reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Manage customer visits, critical orders, warranty claims, RRCA, and technical enquiries
- Handle credit release, credit notes, and ensure invoice accuracy and process efficiency
- Provide timely status updates and maintain clear, proactive communication with customers
- Support account receivables, dispute resolution, forecasting, and related customer activities
- Drive positive Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) outcomes for assigned accounts
- Apply CORE tools and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support EHS projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance and participation
- Travel as required for customer engagements and performance reviews
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications You Must Have
- Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Strong adaptability in managing fluctuating customer demands
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or operations
- Exposure to contract management, order management, or supply chain processes
- Programming or data analysis skills (e.g., basic automation, reporting tools)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to travel on short notice
