Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing & Contract Specialist to support membership, pricing, and contract operations within a collaborative, service-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with data and processes, and can manage multiple requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new account setup, customer ID maintenance, and membership updates
- Review and validate GPO and IDN portal activations
- Manage and respond to membership-related inquiries via shared inbox
- Support pricing requests using established templates and guidelines
- Prepare pricing exhibits and documentation for analyst review
- Assist with pricing uploads, renewals, and maintenance in SAP
- Track contract requests, expirations, and pricing updates
- Provide status updates to internal stakeholders
- Maintain request pipelines, assign tasks, and prepare files for analyst review
- Run and distribute customer spend reports
- Support recurring reporting (monthly/quarterly) using standard templates
- Update SOPs, job aids, and process documentation
- Execute testing based on predefined scripts
- Document results, defects, and observations for internal review
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar operations, pricing, or contract support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems
- Strong understanding of basic financial and business concepts
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Preferred
- Experience with SAP
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
