Role Overview
We are looking for a well-connected and driven Freelance Business Development Consultant to support our expansion in the aviation hiring space. The primary focus of this role is to bring in new clients, generate business opportunities, and strengthen our presence across airlines, MROs, airports, and aviation-related organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients within the aviation, aerospace, and defense sectors
- Generate business opportunities for recruitment services (AME, AMT, engineering, leadership roles, etc.)
- Leverage personal network and industry connections to drive client acquisition
- Conduct client meetings, pitch services, and close business deals
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Provide market insights, hiring trends, and competitor analysis within the aviation industry
Key Requirements
- Strong network within the aviation industry (Airlines, MROs, Ground Handling, Airports, etc.)
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or recruitment consulting
- Understanding of aviation roles and hiring challenges is a strong advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on a freelance/commission basis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
