Our client is seeking a junior Engineering Analyst I to support commercial energy conservation program delivery by analyzing applications, engaging customers, and identifying energy efficiency opportunities.
Must Have skills
- Ability to obtain drivers abstract
- 0-3 years of experience with a degree Engineering, Business, Environmental Science or a related discipline
- Exposure to customer relationship management (CRM) systems for project tracking and workload reporting
- Experience supporting customer inquiries, application processing, or program coordination activities
- Experience extracting, cleaning, combining, and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess data and identify energy efficiency opportunities
Nice to Have skills
- Familiarity with energy conservation, energy efficiency, or utility program environments
Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Sales team, business partners, customers, and national accounts to increase participation in Commercial Energy Conservation programs
- Assist with application processing through information and documentation collection, data analysis, energy efficiency assessment, and incentive calculations
- Use CRM tools to track projects and support workload and reporting activities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads and respond to program-related inquiries
- Extract, clean, combine, and analyze internal and external data to uncover opportunities and support program results
- Deliver a high level of customer service via phone and email to customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders
- Represent energy efficiency programs at customer meetings, trade shows, energy forums, and related events
