RESPONSIBLE TO: Business Support Supervisor
DIVISION/LOCATION: Kemble, Cotswold Airport
HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours per week on a flexi-time basis

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.
Business Support for all departments including but not limited to; general back office assistance for Sales & Marketing, Apprentice Office, Exams Office, Training Operations, Senior Management.
Responsible for the production of certificates, including the coordination of supporting documentation, and communicating exams results to the appropriate parties.
Arrange staff travel, including accommodation, air travel, pool cars and vehicles hires.
Administration including but not limited to customer feedback surveys, course folders and bookings, general database entry, Purchase Orders, postage and deliveries, student document scanning.
Reception duties to include the cover of the front desk, providing a high level of customer service with a range of customers, employers, suppliers and contractors. This may be face to face, phone based or via email.
Assist the Facilities and Stores Controller with facility based tasking including general maintenance checks, asset tracking and supply monitoring.
Conduct Health & Safety, and Fire procedures.
Support with Continuous Improvement projects, such as supplier reviews, event planning, and process implementation.
Qualifications:
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and database programs
Previous experience in a customer service environment
