Hours: Mon-Thurs, (08:00-16:30), Fri (08:00-15:30)

We’re recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a high-performing team within a global aerospace organisation. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive a seamless, responsive service.
You’ll act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams, managing everything from quotations through to delivery, playing a vital role in both customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role:
Manage customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses
Prepare and issue quotations, working closely with pricing and estimating teams
Process and acknowledge customer orders accurately within agreed timelines
Track global deliveries and proactively communicate updates or delays
Resolve customer issues relating to orders, logistics, or billing
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Follow up on quotations and support revenue generation
Qualifications
Skills required:
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order management
Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP
Experience working in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
