In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to site and divisional leadership, driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce performance. You will lead a broad range of HR initiatives from talent acquisition and succession planning to employee relations, compliance, leadership coaching, and culture transformation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of human resources strategies, programs, and policies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Deliver exceptional HR services by fostering a customer-focused, solutions-oriented culture across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, succession management, organizational design, and talent development.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving complex workplace issues, and ensuring fair, consistent application of policies and practices.
- Partner with leaders to manage performance, disciplinary actions, terminations, layoffs, and other employment actions in compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations, while maintaining and enforcing company policies, procedures, and recordkeeping standards.
- Collaborate with Health, Safety, and Environmental teams to promote a safe, compliant, and healthy workplace.
- Lead and support internal, customer, regulatory, FAA, and AS9100 audits, ensuring HR processes and documentation meet all requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and practices that enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.
- Partner with the Human Resources Director and site leadership to design and execute talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning strategies.
- Support the harmonization of HR policies, programs, and practices across multiple business units in alignment with the organization's One Company vision.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and technical expertise to HR team members across multiple sites, fostering capability building and professional development.
- Prepare and deliver regular HR metrics, reports, and workforce insights to senior leadership, including site and corporate reporting requirements.
- Strategic partner to leadership on all HR topics including workforce planning/trends, organizational risks, and emerging employee relations matters.
- Evaluate HR structures, processes, and team effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and organizational capability enhancement.
- Serve as a key resource and backup for enterprise HR initiatives, including employment and immigration matters, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 - 10 years of experience in HR Management
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Concentrated knowledge federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
