Position Summary
The position is responsible for planning, developing and monitoring activities and programs in the areas of Safety, Security Protection, Environmental and Hygiene, aimed at establishing a culture of safety, reducing the risks and complying with federal, state and municipal programs in legal matter of safety, environmental, civil protection and hygiene, as well as supervising that medical care is provided to employees who require it, to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of Environmental, Health and Safety and complies with the certifications, Corporate Requirements and Norms or Standards in this regard.
Responsibilities
Advise to the management staff, in matters of risk prevention, for the different activities carried out in each area, or in new projects, studies, ergonomic studies and risk analysis.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in EHS activities
- Advanced English.
- VISA
- ISO14001.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Safety and Health Legal Requirements and Standards, all government levels.
- Knowledge of Carbon Footprint Reduction and Water Conservation (Climate Action)
- Knowledge in determining the IMSS risk premium.
- Knowledge of Safety in machinery and equipment with moving parts.
- Computing basics certification (excel, word, power point, etc.)
- Risk prevention review
- Monitoring high risk machines
- Knowledge in press equipment’s and CNC machining.
