Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un gestionnaire de contrats pour rejoindre notre équipe Contrats de Services basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous assurerez le suivi de la validité (péremption) des crédits et allocations conformément aux clauses contractuelles. Vous serez également responsable de la facturation des services A220 fournis par Airbus Canada (training, upgrade, etc) et d’obtenir le paiement de nos clients.
Vous serez le pivot de la relation contractuelle post-livraison, garant de l'application des droits de validité et de la facturation. Votre objectif sera de transformer nos obligations contractuelles en satisfaction client et d’assurer que nos revenus soient satisfaits.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Contrats de Services, qui est en charge de la négation des supports packages A220 pendant la négociation de ventes des avions, de la gestion des contrats, de la négociation des contrats et de la garantie avion.
L’organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Job description:

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Programme is seeking a Contract Manager to join our Services Contracts team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). In this role, you will monitor the validity and expiration of credits and allocations in accordance with contractual clauses. You will also be responsible for invoicing A220 services provided by Airbus Canada (training, upgrades, etc.) and securing payments from our customers.
You will be the focal point of the post-delivery contractual relationship, acting as the guardian of validity rights and billing accuracy. Your goal: transform our contractual obligations into customer satisfaction while ensuring our revenue targets are met.
As part of the Services Contracts team, you will join a department responsible for negotiating A220 support packages during aircraft sales, contract management, and aircraft warranty.

Your Challenges:
Customer Relations
Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders and A220 customers (operators, MROs, third parties) regarding the management of signed service sales contracts.
Establish and maintain a commercial relationship based on trust by actively listening to and clarifying customer needs, requirements, and concerns.
Propose solutions that protect the interests of Airbus.
Customer Allocations
Monitor customer allocations granted through service contracts and/or the A220 Purchase Agreement support package.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of these allocations with the customer and manage credit notes made available to A220 clients.
Securing Payments
Implement and monitor billing and payment procedures.
Ensure payments are received within agreed timelines.
Identify and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable & Debt Recovery
Implement recovery strategies tailored to different customer profiles and debt seniority.
Lead the resolution of commercial disputes blocking payments and ensure proactive management of working capital (Cash-in).
Negotiate payment plans and schedules; document all recovery actions and customer communications.
Update tracking information in the system; identify doubtful accounts and propose appropriate solutions (formal notices, litigation, etc.).
Progressively reduce outstanding accounts receivable.

Your Profile
You possess the following skills and experience:
Background: Relevant education/experience in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field (5 years of experience).
Contractual Acumen: Ability to interpret complex contracts to monitor contractual rights and obligations.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (essential).
Negotiation: negotiation and persuasion skills.
Organization: Rigor, organization, and high attention to detail.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Mindset: Problem-solving skills, initiative.
