Role Introduction
The Marketing Executive under the GBA Market Growth team supports the execution of programme and partnership led marketing initiatives to strengthen Asia Miles as a leading reward currency and drive member engagement in Shenzhen.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager Marketing, this role is highly execution focused, supporting the delivery of Asia Miles reward based campaigns, partner activations, and member communications. The role plays a key part in ensuring marketing initiatives are executed accurately, on time, and in a way that drives member participation, Asia Miles usage, and programme visibility in the Shenzhen market.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Campaign Execution
- Support execution of Asia Miles reward‑based marketing campaigns, including partner promotions, member engagement initiatives, and programme communications.
- Assist in preparing campaign materials, content, and assets across online and offline channels.
- Support end‑to‑end campaign execution including setup, launch, tracking, and post‑campaign wrap‑up.
Partnership Marketing Support
- Support marketing activation for Asia Miles earn and burn partners, ensuring reward mechanics and messaging are clearly communicated to members.
- Coordinate with partnership, rewards, and operations teams to support smooth execution of partner‑led campaigns.
- Assist in adapting global or regional campaign materials for local market relevance.
Member Communications & Content Support
- Support development and execution of member communications related to Asia Miles rewards, partner offers, and programme initiatives.
- Assist in content preparation, localisation, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support delivery of communications across owned channels and partner channels as required.
Operational & Coordination Support
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, Digital, Operations, agencies) to support campaign execution and timelines.
- Support administration of marketing assets, collateral, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining campaign trackers, schedules, and execution checklists.
Performance & Reporting Support
- Support tracking of basic campaign performance metrics, engagement data, and Asia Miles usage indicators.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and materials for review by the Assistant Marketing Manager.
- Support post‑campaign reviews and identification of execution learnings.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing execution, campaign support, or communications roles.
- Interest in loyalty programmes, reward based marketing, and customer engagement.
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and follow through.
- Good understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer focused and detail oriented.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese preferred.
