GOOSE is searching for a Manager of Retail Operations to lead the duty free beauty category for a leading airport in the Middle East.

You will be joining the Duty Free Retail operation at one of the world’s most impressive airports. With an extensive mix of luxury boutiques and international brands, it provides something for every traveller, alongside a commitment to exceptional service.
The Role
You will oversee the operational management of the entire beauty category within the duty free retail environment at a major international airport in the Middle East.
Reporting to the VP of Retail Operations you will be responsible for day to day operations including manpower planning, organising space to maximise sales, team management, reporting, implementing operational strategy and identifying opportunities.
About You
You will come from a luxury retail beauty background (multi brand) where you will have led large teams and managed complex operations. If you have previous experience in duty free or travel retail operations it would be a distinct advantage.
You will be passionate about the beauty industry and keep up to date with industry trends and new brands, you will deliver the highest possible standard of customer service at all times and be able to set consistent and high functioning retail strategy inline with company expectations.
You will speak fluent English and if you are multilingual it would advantageous.
