Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end Tableau solutions
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot) and familiarity with advanced functions or VBA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to create clear, concise reports, dashboards, and visual stories that drive decision‑making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, marketing, operations, product, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.

The Metric & Data Analyst serves as the organization’s data translator, turning raw, often‑disparate data sets into intuitive, interactive visualizations that drive decision‑making.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Analytics, SAS Base, or Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role (internships or academic projects count).
- Self‑starter with strong time‑management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
- Prior Mechanical or Electrical quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools.
- Experience in disposition of non-conforming products.
