Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.
As a Crew Travel Controller, you’ll support the team in managing and controlling costs related to crew travel, while learning how airline operations, finance, and administrative processes connect in real life.
👉 This position is designed for recent graduates or candidates with little to no professional experience (0–1 year) who are looking to start their career in an airline environment.

How will it be to work with us?
Support the daily control of costs related to crew travel (flights, hotels, transport, etc.)
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports, tracking key indicators and performance
Help ensure that invoices are correctly processed and aligned with internal records
Liaise with Finance and Tax teams to follow up on payments and administrative processes
Maintain and update data and internal tracking files, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Support the team in improving reporting and administrative processes

What will make you succeed in this position:
Recent graduate (or about to graduate) in ADE, Tourism, Accounting, or a related field
No prior professional experience required — internships are a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English (Italian or French are a plus)
Comfortable working with Excel and data.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
Proactive attitude and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and team mindset
