Job Description
Role Overview: This role supports the AMOS system within the engineering team. The candidate will help resolve system issues, support users, and ensure smooth usage and adoption of AMOS across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- System Support
- Assist in day-to-day AMOS support and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide solutions
- Work with super users to identify and improve problem areas
- User Support
- Guide users in resolving AMOS-related queries
- Suggest improvements for better efficiency and data accuracy
- Training & Adoption
- Support ongoing user learning and system adoption
- Data Management
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in AMOS
- Monitor data flow across modules
- Generate and validate reports
- Aircraft & System Activities
- Support aircraft induction in AMOS
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before system updates or version upgrades
- Collaboration
- Work with engineering teams and departmental users
- Act as a bridge between users and AMOS administration
- Liaise with Swiss stakeholders to resolve queries and system-related issues
- Support system adoption across teams
