Role Requirement
To provide a wide range of leadership, management & professional skills development and learning interventions to employees across the organization. To design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders.
The role also requires experience as a behavioral trainer with NLP, counselling, and coaching expertise, with the ability to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for learning and development programs. Align content initiatives with organizational learning objectives and employee development goals.
Curriculum Development & Instructional Design
Create engaging and effective learning materials, training manuals, and Case studies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of educational content.
Apply instructional design principles to create content that promotes effective learning experiences. Utilize various instructional methods and delivery formats to address diverse learning styles and preferences.
Experience in creating leadership trainings and learning journeys for capability building in various roles.
Needs Assessment
Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills within the organization. Use data and feedback to tailor content development to address specific learning needs.
Must be able to review incidents, customer complaints, and assess performance gaps to propose and execute a training plans
Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain quality standards for learning materials, ensuring they meet instructional design best practices.
Conduct regular reviews and updates to keep content current and aligned with industry standards.
Collaboration With Stakeholders
Work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, subject matter experts, and training facilitators, to gather input and insights for content development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning content supports organizational goals.
Training Facilitation Support
Provide support for training facilitators by creating supplementary materials, resources, and job aids to enhance the effectiveness of learning programs. Offer guidance on the use of content during live training sessions to maximize impact.
Facilitation Of Workshops And Learning Programs
Must possess robust facilitation skills and a track record of delivering diverse leadership concepts across different organizational levels. Demonstrated success in facilitating, with a proven impact on the target audience, leading to enhanced skills and motivation.
Counseling and coaching
Conduct structured one-to-one coaching and counseling discussions, assess trainee readiness, intent, accountability, and learning orientation, identify behavioural patterns, emotional triggers, and skill vs attitude gaps, handle defensiveness and emotional responses with maturity, and decide suitability for closure, monitoring, or further intervention. Must be able to identify recurring behavioural and systemic issues and recommend preventive training inputs and process improvements.
Assessment And Evaluation
Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of learning content. Analyze feedback and assessment results to make data-driven improvements to learning materials and strategies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream. A master’s/bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR, Talent/Organizational Development, Project management certification, knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design will be an added advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in learning & organization development, facilitation and learning based project management
- Experience as a behavioral trainer with NLP, counselling, and coaching experience
- Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness
