As our
Legal Administrator you'll be responsible for carrying out essential administrative support within the Legal Services Team at our Holiday House Leeds office, Tuesday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining the Legal Administration Inbox, dealing with queries from Colleagues, customers and suppliers and responding promptly and professionally to emails.
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for payment, including raising queries on invoices with the finance department and suppliers.
- Obtaining and processing WIP reports from external law firms.
- Managing, recording and scanning physical post.
- Logging pre-action letters from solicitors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinating internal legal training sessions for Jet2 Colleagues.
- Co-ordinating inductions plans and onboarding new starters for the legal services team.
- Managing a central filing electronic repository of confidential and important documents, including handling original documents and sending reminders of contract expiry dates to internal contract owners.
- Managing expenses and the departmental credit card payments.
- Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches, accommodation and travel.
- General administration and coordination tasks to support the wider legal services team.
- Managing office supplies for the department.
What you'll have:
- At least 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English - grade C/Grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
- Experience in office administration or from a legal secretarial background.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel.
- Use of claims management systems, finance systems and contract depository systems would be useful but is not essential.
- Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic.
- Team working and working on own initiative.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
