E7 AEW&C International MPD SME:
The Product Support Capability are recruiting for an E-7A (international) Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) SME - within the broader industry more commonly referred to as the Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP).

The opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia is looking to secure a senior support engineering data specialist who will manage the MPD scope of works across our international E7 programs. The initial focus will be on refreshing and re-aligning the MPD for our Turkey and Korea programs. After this initial phase is complete, responsibility will expand to include the UK and USAF customer bases also.

In this role, you will work across the E7 international portfolio under guidance from the execution leads and ILS managers. You will manage both day-to-day work scope and long term strategy and planning in relation to the MPD.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate multiple and varied MPD inputs and outputs
- Liaise with the leadership team to understand priorities and drive the required outcomes
- Direct and monitor development aspects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget
- Plan, de-conflict, and monitor supporting personnel and resources to identify efficiencies.
- Conduct quality and in-process reviews of MPD deliverables and;
- Collaborate / interact and present to customers when required.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
- E-7A platform maintenance knowledge which relates to the MPD
- Experience within the E-7A technical publications realm would be highly regarded
- Experience in analysis and understanding of technical source data / engineering artefacts
- Experience in the building and manipulation of reporting metrics
- Experience in the coordination of technical work scope and dealing with customers (any customer facing experience will be highly regarded)
- Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance
- Current Australian Citizenship
The preferred location for this role is Brisbane.
