You will be the Global Supply Chain Manager for the Air‑Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) program. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge hypersonic solutions that keep our customers mission‑ready.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Global Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of subcontract professionals that manage supply‑chain execution from development through transition to production.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Directing procurement activities such as RFI/RFP issuance, purchase order management, and supplier execution
- Identifying, qualifying, and managing second‑source suppliers to mitigate risk
- Developing risk mitigation plans and monitoring supplier performance
- Supporting prime proposal efforts and collaborating with engineering and program offices to define requirements
- Traveling as needed to engage with suppliers and program stakeholders

Desired Skills
- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin acquisition procedures
- Ability to manage a large bill of material and ensure parts are available in support of the Internal Operating Plan
- Experience with managing Fixed Price/Incentive Fee and Cost Plus subcontracts
- Experience with managing large subcontractors
- Experience with managing Statement of Work (SOW) based subcontracts
- Experience with Earned Value Managements Systems (EVMS)
- Familiar with FAR Part 15 requirements
- Strong negotiation and documentation skills
- Experience in training, mentoring, and motivating direct reports
- Proficient in summarizing complex data and presenting to executive level and customer
