Job Description
The Systems Analyst provides advanced operational and technical support for enterprise technology solutions that enable frontline operations. The role leads issue triage and escalations, supports deployments and rollouts, administers assigned systems and tools, and partners with IT, operations, vendors, and leadership to maintain reliable service delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Operational support resource for Ops Mobile by triaging inbound issues, assessing business impact, prioritizing requests, and coordinating timely resolution with appropriate support teams.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for mobile devices, field technology, and related applications used by frontline teams and operational support functions.
- Manage escalated incidents and service requests, including issue ownership, root cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Support platform rollouts, proof-of-concept pilots, asset refresh initiatives, and other deployments, including on-site support as needed.
- Partner with IT, operations, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues and support delivery of business and technology initiatives.
- Administer assigned enterprise systems and support tools, including access management, approvals, queue oversight, dashboards, reporting, and continuity support.
- Monitor ticket queues, field feedback, and operational communications to identify recurring issues, trends, and improvement opportunities, and escalate risks as appropriate.
- Participate in bridge calls, deployment calls, leadership meetings, and related communications to provide status updates, operational insight, and coordination for supported systems, incidents, and deployments.
- Support executive, leadership, and white-glove service needs, including high-priority issue resolution and device and application support.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, reporting, procurement backup, and administrative support for technology assets and services, and recommend process or tool enhancements.
Additional Knowledge And Skills
- Strong knowledge of enterprise support operations, mobile technologies, systems administration, incident management, and service delivery practices.
- Ability to triage complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage escalations in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Working knowledge of enterprise service management platforms, device management tools, dashboards, and related support applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with frontline teams, vendors, technical teams, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with the ability to create clear documentation, drive continuous improvement, work cross-functionally, and support hybrid, travel, and occasional after-hours requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, enterprise technology support, systems administration, or implementation support, preferably in a complex, service-oriented environment.
