Brief Job Description
- Would be required to conduct regular customer service and systems training programs, along with other programs assigned.
- Open to travel for 18 days a month with rostered offs.
- Open to work in a roster shift pattern dependent on training needs
- Actively participates in team and ifly engagement activities
- Actively contributes to ongoing and future projects.
- Updates and improves all training material (modules/job aids) pertaining to functional training module
- Contributes towards quality enhancement of the training program and brings in innovations for efficiency.
- Conduct poise and etiquette training sessions, ensuring high levels of engagement and effectiveness.
- Travel extensively to deliver training programs at various locations as needed.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to help enhance confidence and presentation skills.
- Utilize knowledge of makeup applications to offer guidance and demonstrations during training sessions.
- Incorporate principles of image consulting to assist audience in improving their personal and professional image.
- Develop and update training materials to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistency and quality of training programs.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with audience and understand their needs.
- High level of professionalism and personal grooming.
- Worked for a minimum of 3-5 years in either an IFS and/or Terminal role
- Handled International, domestic and code share flights/operations
- Managed IROPs operations as a ground and/or cabin crew is desirable
- Strong understanding of IndiGo policies
- Trained in advance DCS and/or World Tracer Web is desirable
- Experience in image consulting is desirable.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MS word, excel and PowerPoint. Basic understanding and comfort with virtual video editing tools is desirable.
