About The Role
Can you lead material operations that keep aircraft maintenance running safely, efficiently and without interruption?
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to lead the Material Management function and act as the key link between Supply Chain and Maintenance teams.
This role is responsible for ensuring the timely availability, effective control and cost-efficient management of aircraft parts, tools and consumables to support safe, compliant and world-class maintenance operations.
You will work closely with Engineering, Maintenance Planning and Line/Base Maintenance teams to ensure material readiness aligns with operational schedules and fleet demands.
You will oversee inventory management, shelf-life control and stock rotation to optimise availability while reducing excess cost and waste.
The role also includes managing repair and overhaul cycles for rotable components to maximise asset utilisation and minimise turnaround times, as well as overseeing warranty administration for aircraft, engines and components to ensure accurate tracking and maximum cost recovery.
In addition, you will strengthen coordination between Supply Chain and Engineering & Maintenance teams, maintain effective operational support for 24/7 activities, and ensure compliance with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations and airworthiness standards.
As a leader, you will drive departmental KPIs, oversee team performance and staffing, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational reliability, efficiency and safety across the airline’s growing fleet.
Keep the fleet moving by ensuring the right materials are always in the right place at the right time.
About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in aviation material management or supply chain.
You are expected to have demonstrated experience with AMOS maintenance management software.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you are bilingual with adaptibility and ready to lead from the front in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment.
