Role Introduction
Reports to: HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Transformation Manager
As the Assistant Manager HRMS Project, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day business-facing delivery and coordination within the HRMS Transformation Project. Acting as a key interface between business stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators, you contribute by ensuring alignment of business requirements, managing dependencies and risks, and driving business readiness and adoption across business units and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the contact point for our business units, regions, subsidiaries in the HRMS project in understanding the business requirements and address any gaps arising through collaborating with different teams to come up with solutions
- Lead the consolidation and articulation of requirements from the business including writing and refining user stories, and ensuring they are appropriately documented
- Participate in all scrums and project activities, facilitating alignment between stakeholders to support solution delivery
- Actively track and follow up with the progress of projects to ensure milestones are achieved and major issues are escalated in a timely manner
- Be an advocate of change and act as a change agent in driving business readiness in projects, including challenging current processes and practices, and encouraging new ways of working
- Proactively identify options for up/down stream dependencies, to solve risks or issues, with associated pros and cons for stakeholder decision-making
- Support scope management and change requests, assessing business impact and supporting approvals where required
- Coordinate the preparation and execution with business users for the User Acceptance Testing, and support System Integration Testing from business perspective
- Provide support to the Change Management Lead on the impact assessment and communications
- Support training, knowledge transfer and business cutover activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, e.g. HR (Human Resources) Management, Information Technology, etc
- 4+ years of HR experience, including HR technology experience (working with HR solution design and implementation)
- Experience of working with core HRMS platforms, and work on the design, maintenance and/or release management of HR technology would be advantageous
- Experience of using SAP SuccessFactors (SF) would be advantage
- Strong analytical and project management skills
