We are currently looking for a Materials Coordinator to support a temporary aviation project in Switzerland.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between Production and Engineering, ensuring that the correct materials are available, tracked and coordinated in line with operational requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate materials between Production, Engineering and other internal teams.
Ensure the correct materials, parts and documentation are available when required.
Follow up on material status, shortages and priorities to support smooth workflow.
Support production activities in a fast-paced maintenance/completions environment.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to help avoid delays and ensure operational continuity.
Requirements:
Previous experience in materials coordination, logistics, planning or a similar role.
Experience within aviation, MRO, production or engineering environments would be highly desirable.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
Good level of English.
