Join a growing Malta based aviation organisation who are looking for an experienced Safety & Compliance professional to drive continuous improvement across key aviation functions and support ongoing business growth.
The Company
You will be working for a Malta based organisation who provide their clients with training, aircraft operations, maintenance and storage management solutions.
The Role
You will be the central point of contact for the development, oversight and continual improvement of the organisation’s Safety and Compliance Management System.
Reporting to the Accountable Manager you will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of the compliance system through audits, inspections and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders.
You will support safety and compliance across Part 145, Part 147, Part CAMO and Part 21 functions.
About You
You will have experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of safety management according to ICAO and European standards. You have practical experience in the application of Aviation Safety Standards and Safety Operating practices and will ideally have knowledge of Part 145, Part 147, Part CAMO and Part 21 functions.
You will be an EU citizen and already be based in Malta or be willing to relocate.
