Johnson Service Group is looking for a Student Intern for our client in San Jose. We are seeking a motivated and organized Workforce Development Intern to support a variety of employee training and development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support Workforce Development programs, projects, and training initiatives.
- Create marketing and communication materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, surveys, invitations, and toolkits.
- Analyze training data and reports to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Research training resources and learning tools to enhance employee development programs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and organization.
- Assist with live classroom training sessions and support learning opportunities for District employees.
Qualifications:
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Organized self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Creative mindset with an interest in developing engaging training and marketing materials.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Photography, videography, video editing, or outdoor work experience is a plus.
