Your Responsibilities
Reporting to our Head of OCC you will join a multicultural team that provides support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will work a shift patten that is to be determined between the Head of OCC and yourself, you will be expected to work some weekends. This role may also be worked remotely, within travelling distance to any of VistaJet's office locations.
To succeed in this role, you will use the highest standards to attention to detail to ensure a seamless experience for our wider Flight Operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Observing and researching international travel restrictions applicable to individuals for the areas and type of flights required by VistaJet’s operations;
- Observing and researching International travel restrictions applicable to Commercial and Private non-revenue flights for the areas and type of flights required by VJ operations;
- Maintain shared databases;
- Assess VistaJet’s flights against restrictions as well as:
- Liaise with the respective client services team,
- Define flight preparation requirements,
- Make advance flight preparation requirements.
- Create operational feasibility checks under the supervision of the Duty Manager and Operations supervisor;
- Assist the OCC staff on their daily duties if required and as requested by the Operations supervisor;
- Perform any other tasks delegated by the Head of OCC from time to time.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Excellent English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar that will enable you to communicate clearly;
- You’re able to maintain accuracy, a strong attention to detail and deliver punctually even when working under pressure;
- Experience within an Aviation setting is preferred
