Role Highlights / Summary
To support execution of transformation, analytics, and system implementation initiatives within Network Planning and Revenue Management. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, project coordination, and operational support to enhance efficiency, system adoption, and decision-making.
Key Responsibility
- Project Execution & Coordination
- Support implementation of transformation projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution, system updates, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, timelines, and ensure adherence to deliverables.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements in ongoing projects.
- Training & Change Management
- Develop and manage training materials (PPTs, documentation, user guides) for systems and tools.
- Coordinate training plans and ensure effective rollout to business user.
- Drive communication initiatives (emailers, newsletters, demo videos) for new features and system changes.
- Facilitate user adoption and manage feedback during UAT and production stages.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and strategic use.
- Analyse data trends and identify opportunities for improvement in network performance.
- Issue Management & System Support
- Manage issue tracking, create tickets, and ensure timely resolution based on business priority.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system performance issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of tools and timely communication of updates.
- Research & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and analytical methodologies (e.g., AGIFORS research).
- Summarize findings and share actionable insights with the team.
- Identify innovations and potential use cases for business improvement.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PRM, IT, Finance, Vendors).
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
- Support reporting and presentations for leadership reviews.

Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, transformation projects, or airline planning
- Experience in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and data analysis
Location & Work Mode
- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
- Work Mode: Work from Office (All 5 days completely)
