About the Role
We are currently supporting a leading aerospace and aviation organisation in Switzerland seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join their Quality Management team. This role is ideal for an aviation professional with a strong maintenance background who enjoys ensuring compliance, driving quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and testing activities on aircraft and associated components.
Evaluate prototypes, functional models, and production components.
Coordinate, support, and oversee testing and approval activities within engineering projects.
Participate in test planning activities alongside operational and engineering teams.
Monitor compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements.
Review documentation related to flight clearances, modifications, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Verify approvals, authorisations, and technical documentation.
Manage non-conforming products and support corrective actions where required.
Develop training materials and deliver quality-related training sessions.
Candidate Requirements
Completed technical training with several years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
Background as an Aircraft Electrician, Aircraft Mechanic, or Multi-Skilled Aircraft Technician preferred.
Previous experience within a quality, inspection, or compliance-focused role is advantageous.
EASA Part-66 B1, B2 and/or C Licence would be highly beneficial.
Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Very good German language skills and good English language skills (minimum B2 level).
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
