Sr TO Timekeeping Associate – (Contractor)
Job Summary
Responsible for process and controls with high accuracy to ensure timekeeping and attendance is administered according to Ground Ops, Provisioning, and Tech Ops Employee union contracts, as well as non-contractual guidelines. Adhere to state laws, leave of absence policies, and side letter agreements from Labor Relations
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Employee guidelines, upon review of exceptions; ensuring accurate time and attendance rules are applied to each Employees timecard.
- Update affected systems accurately and timely, notify business partners, and collect/save appropriate supporting documentation for each exception or change.
- Research and corrects inaccurate or missing time off, punches/hours worked, and researching discrepancies.
- Follow departmental processes and audit controls to ensure timekeeping is administered according to CBAs, state laws, leave of absence policies, and Labor agreements – as well as any necessary changes/corrections.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards to support Team goals and meet daily deadlines.
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of administrative clerical procedures, and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and ensuring proper documentation
- Skilled in managing one's own time
- Skilled in using mathematical and analytical skills to solve problems
- Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to learn and apply procedures and concepts to quickly and accurately administer pay and attendance rules according to CBAs.
- Ability to concentrate on multiple tasks over a period without being distracted
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks while ensuring high attention to detail
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
- Customer Service or Relevant Analytical Business Support
Physical Abilities
- Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
Pay
- Competitive market rate from $30.00 per hour to $32.00 per hour* depending on qualifications and experience.
Assignment Length
- This contract is a seven-month assignment, and the duration may be modified based on business need.
