Johnson Service Group (JSG) has partnered with a high-growth client and is actively seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across supply chain and manufacturing functions. This position is on-site 5 days per week.

Payrate $40-$45 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing, operations, supply chain and other roles including hourly and professional positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals
- Utilize Workday (or similar ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure an efficient hiring process
- Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent
- Analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs, dashboards) to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
Qualification
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate and staffing environments
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environments
