Functional Activities
- Develop, design and create sales performance dashboards for Global Sales teams
- Lead development of Agentic AI reporting initiatives with Digital team
- Liaise with country managers and regional heads to gather sales inputs and feedback for ensuring accuracy in agency inputs, capturing ad-hoc initiatives
- Responsible for handling sales dashboards repository, control reports access
- Actively suggest solutions and recommended plan of action to improve performance of sales
- Participate in the development of enterprise performance goals and KPIs
Additional responsibilities could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
