About The Role
As a Scheduling Analyst you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across the airline, including Crew Planning, Flight Operations, Airport Slots, and IROP teams, helping to ensure that our schedules are accurate, efficient, and operationally feasible.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of Viva’s fast growing commercial schedules. Our Scheduling Analyst will work closely with various commercial and operational stakeholders such as Crew analyst, Flight Operations analyst and IROP teams.
- Responsible for making sure the scheduling meets the Airport windows.
- Work closely with Slots Department for making sure our schedules are aligned with our Slots portfolio.
- Maintain updated databases, update sales system and properly inform about the changes to commercial and operative teams.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering are preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, itineraries or logistics.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in transforming ideas and concepts into structured processes and methods.
