Role Overview
We are seeking experienced finance professionals to join our growing team in roles focused on financial operations, reporting, analysis, and process optimization. The ideal candidates should possess strong expertise in accounting principles, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable processes, and business analysis while contributing to operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, or FP&A functions
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and US accounting processes/US GAAP
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
• Manage financial operations and support accounting activities
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Perform cost analysis and identify business improvement opportunities
• Monitor expenses and financial performance metrics
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency
• Generate insights and recommendations to support management decisions
