As our
Contracts & Warranty Manager, you will lead the management, negotiation, and recovery of technical warranty claims and contractual benefits with lessors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed conditions while optimizing fleet performance outcomes. You will act as the key liaison between the Technical and Commercial teams to drive effective warranty execution, contract renegotiation, and the identification of opportunity areas that maximize the company's contractual value.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage, administer, and negotiate technical claims and requirements in coordination with the technical team, in accordance with contractually agreed conditions (including warranty claims established in contracts).
- Facilitate communication between the Technical team and stakeholders involved in warranty execution, contract renegotiation, and extensions.
- Manage and ensure the recovery of warranties and benefits from lessors and suppliers; monitor fleet performance to identify potential warranty claims.
- Analyze areas of opportunity for claiming contractual benefits and warranties.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Experience in the aviation industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience leading negotiations with manufacturers and/or suppliers.
- Experience in contract administration, analysis, and negotiation.
