Primary Job Duties· Coordinate and secure hotel reservations for crewmembers
· Liaison with Hotel booking company
· Book and monitor all pilot and flight attendant deadhead flights to secure travel
· Research and reschedule flights as necessary
· Make changes and updates required to resolve displaced crewmember’s schedules
· Daily/Weekly auditing of crew hotel and flight bookings
· Receive & respond to calls/chats with crewmembers
· Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
Minimum RequirementsProficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
Must demonstrate detailed record keeping techniques
Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
Strong detail skills
Capable of assuming responsibility
Ability to work under tight time constraints
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally, electronically, and in person with crewmembers, management and others
Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively
Ability to work with others as part of a team and work under stressful condition
People oriented, highly motivated, with a positive and cooperative attitude
Demonstrated stable work history
Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Physical and Other RequirementsShift is W-Sa 1600-0300 with every other W off
Must be willing to relocate to St. George, UT, no remote option
Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)
Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
Must have not received a regret for the same position in the last 90 days. Applications are only considered every 90 days
