Pay $39.92/hour What You’ll Do: Review and disposition of clinical finished goods batch records, ensuring conformance to policies and regulatory requirements. Support batch/product review activities, label reviews, and quality investigations. Collaborate with operations teams to resolve batch record issues and seek continuous process improvements. Assist in preparing and updating procedures, processes, and quality enhancement projects. Champion Lean Six Sigma and Production System tools for problem solving and operational excellence. Participate in quality event investigations and support compliance initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated industry, including Technical, Engineering, Quality, or Operations. Familiarity with batch disposition activities, GMP regulations, and quality controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, MS Access, Teams). Nice to Have Skills: Experience with ERP, SAP, MEDS, or VEEVA systems. Prior quality experience in batch record deposition and clinical supply operations. Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Previous experience with AI or automation initiatives in manufacturing. Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, science, or related field. Experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Experience with systems like SAP, VEEVA, or MEDS is advantageous. Other Requirements: This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays mandatory). The position is available initially for one year, with potential extension up to two years.
