Johnson Service Group is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler / Driver to join our clients warehouse team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and transporting materials while ensuring timely deliveries and pickups with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities: Safely operate company vehicles for scheduled customer and supplier deliveries and pickups. Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report maintenance concerns. Maintain fuel levels in company vehicles and submit fuel receipts and delivery documentation. Follow all company safety procedures while driving, loading, and unloading materials. Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy, completeness, and quantity. Sort, count, inspect, and organize raw materials, components, finished goods, and subassemblies. Issue materials, components, and supplies to production as needed. Prepare production kits and document shortages or inventory discrepancies. Assist with shipping and receiving activities. Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse documentation. Support production, engineering, quality, purchasing, customers, suppliers, and transportation carriers. Attend production meetings and complete required reports. Follow proper handling procedures for ESD-sensitive and raw electronic components. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of material handling or warehouse experience, or equivalent experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Previous forklift experience preferred, particularly Stand-Up Reach Forklift. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately complete documentation and maintain inventory records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve problems using sound judgment and common sense. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Familiarity with ESD, MSL, and raw component handling is a plus. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Overtime may be required based on business needs and must be approved by management. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
