What You’ll Do (The Impact You’ll Make): Drive Execution & Mentor Talent: Partner closely with the Marketing Director to set strategic priorities, streamline workflows, and help coach and develop a high-performing marketing team. Mastermind Global Events: Own the tradeshow and event strategy end-to-end handling everything from high-stakes logistics, booth presence, and vendor negotiation to budget management and Marketing Development Fund claims. Bridge Strategy & Creation: Act as the ultimate liaison between internal stakeholders and the marketing team, translating complex business needs into crisp, actionable creative briefs. Build Seamless Operations: Design, implement, and maintain the workflows and processes that keep creative projects, content initiatives, and marketing campaigns running smoothly and efficiently. Champion Brand Consistency: Support global marketing communications programs, ensuring a unified, premium brand voice across all channels, regions, and campaigns. What You Bring to the Table: The Experience: 7–10 years of experience bringing dynamic marketing and communications programs to life, with a proven track record as a senior individual contributor or team lead. Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Event Excellence: Deep expertise managing large-scale events and tradeshows, including flawless budget oversight and vendor coordination. Exceptional Communication: Brilliant verbal and written skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional priorities with grace and align stakeholders at all levels. Next-Level Organization: Effortless multitasking and relentless attention to detail. You stay ahead of deadlines and keep momentum high. Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.; experience with modern project management or marketing operations tools is a huge plus.
