Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and two or more years of experience.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work with minimal day to day supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in following established policies and procedures and using data management techniques.
- Track record in meeting deadlines under tight time restraints.

THE WORK
As a key member of our Data Management Team, you will:
- Coordinate the creation, review and delivery of contract documents according to projected timelines.
- Manage document control processes, including versioning, access control and document lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and legal teams to ensure contract documents meet quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor and track document workflows to ensure deadlines are met and potential issues are addressed proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of document revisions, updates and approvals.
- Provide support during audits or inspections related to document management and compliance
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to address document-related inquiries and requests.

A level 2 employee is typically an early-career engineer who has 2+ or more years of professional experience.
Note: This role will support non-standard shift hours or weekends when required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
