From assisting with baggage and transporting customers and crew, to handling Ground Support Equipment (GSE), you’ll play a key role in delivering a great experience on the ground.

Main Responsibilities

Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision
Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs
Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe

Minimum Requirements

A valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence is required for this role.
Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
A responsible, dependable, and safety-conscious approach to work.
A positive attitude with good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and in varying weather conditions, where required.
Physically fit and able to perform the duties of an active, outdoor role, including prolonged standing, walking, and manual handling where necessary.
Able to maintain attention to detail and deliver quality work consistently.
Able to remain calm, make sound decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering reliable service.

Work Environment

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
