Senior HR Business Partner to be based in
Doha, Qatar.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as the strategic HR lead for a large business unit or a cluster of business units, acting as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to senior leaders on all people-related matters. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the business units’ commercial objectives, operations, and workforce needs, enabling you to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business strategy, supporting sustainable business growth, strengthening a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with Group HR policies and practices. In addition, you will provide leadership and direction to the HR team, including the line management, coaching, and development of HR Business Partners, ensuring a consistent and high-quality HR service across the organization.
Specific Responsibilities For The Role Include
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with the Division business plan and Group HR strategy, using workforce insights and data to drive business performance.
- Develop and execute the Division HR plan, ensuring effective delivery of key people initiatives including talent management, performance, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead organizational design, development, and change initiatives to ensure the business is structured, capable, and future-ready to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver effective talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, reward, employee engagement, and workforce planning solutions.
- Drive a high-performance culture through leadership development, succession planning, talent management, employee development, and performance and reward and recognition programmes.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies, effective risk management, and positive workplace outcomes.
- Lead and deliver strategic HR projects, policy reviews, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing practices and influencing stakeholders to adopt innovative and efficient ways of working.
- Build strong relationships across the business, developing a deep understanding of commercial priorities, workforce challenges, and change drivers to provide proactive and solutions-focused HR support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualification
About You
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant HR experience, including significant exposure to HR Business Partnering within a complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering people strategies, with expertise in performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, employee relations, and change management and process mapping
- Legal awareness, including country and regional labor laws.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employment legislation, with the ability to balance business objectives and risk management considerations.
- Proven ability to support strategic decision-making through business case development, process improvement, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Recognised professional HR qualification or accreditation (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) is desirable.
